Are utilities included in the rent?
Most utilities are included in rent! The only items billed separately are electricity and valet trash. Valet trash is $10 per month.
Is parking available?
Yes! Parking is available for $100 per month.
Is renters’ insurance required?
Coverage for the building is required, but coverage for personal belongings is not. Residents can provide their own qualifying coverage or be enrolled in our waiver program.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What is the guest parking and visitor policy?
Guests are welcome for up to 3 consecutive nights. Please note that guest parking is not available.
What is the pet policy?
All pets must go through Pet Screening for review and approval.
What is the decorating policy?
You’re welcome to decorate and make your space feel like home! Just be sure to patch any large holes or damage before moving out.
How can I request a roommate?
You can request a roommate during the application process, create a roommate group in your resident portal, or reach out to the leasing office for help.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes, roommate matching is available!
What documents or information do I need to apply?
To apply, you’ll need to provide basic personal information, income details, and proof of identification.
Do you run credit and background checks? What are the qualifying criteria?
Yes, all applicants go through a screening process. Applicants typically need to make 3x the monthly rent. Background screening is completed automatically as part of the application process, and approval is based on the property’s screening criteria.
How do I schedule a tour?
You can schedule a tour online or contact the leasing office directly. We’d be happy to show you around!
What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
We recommend bringing personal essentials like bedding, towels, kitchenware, a shower curtain, TV, hangers, a mattress protector, cleaning supplies, and anything else that will help make your apartment feel like home.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal.
How are packages delivered and where can I pick them up?
Packages are generally delivered to the leasing office and kept in a secure location. Residents can pick them up during business hours.
What happens when I decide to move out?
For standard move-outs, we’ll provide all necessary documents and instructions as your move-out date gets closer. For mid-lease move-outs, residents are still responsible for the lease term unless they find an approved relet.
